About Syften
Syften monitors the places enterprise listening tools do not go: Hacker News, Lobste.rs, Dev.to, Indie Hackers, the Stack Exchange family, Product Hunt, GitHub, Slack communities, Bluesky and Mastodon, alongside Reddit and the open web. If you sell a developer tool, that is where the conversation is, and Brandwatch will not find it for you at any price. Pricing is fully published and starts at $29.95 for three community filters at 100 results a day. Two things to read carefully. First, community filters and web filters are separate meters, and the web allowance is far tighter — one filter at five results a day on Entry — so if you want open-web coverage rather than forum coverage, Entry will not do it. Second, X/Twitter and YouTube are paid add-ons at every tier, including the $119.95 PRO plan. Standard at $49.95 is where the tool gets properly useful: Slack alerts, AI filtering to cut the noise, and API access all appear there. The 14-day trial needs no card and immediately shows you the last 60 days of mentions rather than starting from an empty screen.
