About Presspage
Presspage is Amsterdam PR software organised around owned media rather than listening. Publish runs a branded newsroom on your own domain, Reach sends releases and personalised pitches straight to journalists, with a 1.2 million contact media database sold as an add-on, and Connect manages incoming media inquiries, in a version the vendor gives away free. The pitch throughout is replacing the newswire with direct distribution. Unusually for an enterprise PR vendor, price floors are published: Business from €20,000 a year with one newsroom, three email templates and 1,000 email recipients a month, Enterprise from €35,000 with those limits removed, and the final figure is scoped per setup. Know what it is not: Presspage positions itself against monitoring tools, and its analytics cover owned channels (opens, clicks, newsroom traffic), so budget separately for listening. The customer list leans large and regulated: Booking.com, KLM, higher education, healthcare, utilities. Founded 2008, ISO 27001 certified with European hosting, and acquired by Banyan Software in 2025, which is worth watching on roadmap and pricing.
