About Truescope
Truescope is the ANZ challenger to the regional incumbents, and its pricing shape is the interesting part: from the Essentials tier upward, users are unlimited. In a category where almost everyone meters seats and bills for extras, that removes the usual reason comms teams ration access to their own monitoring. The ladder runs Campaign — capped at five users, built for short-term campaigns and issues management — then Essentials, Corporate and Enterprise, the last adding global data and the top tier of Truescope AI. That AI layer is three tools: a Media Assistant for asking questions of coverage, a Report Assistant that automates scheduling and adds summaries and charts, and a Search Assistant that builds Boolean queries with aliases and translated keywords, which matters if you are monitoring across Asian markets. Coverage is mainstream news, social and search results; the site does not claim print or broadcast. UBS, Ferrari, the Mayo Clinic, OCBC and USPS are on the client wall. No prices are published against any of the four editions.
