About Séntisis
Séntisis is a Madrid-based text analytics platform whose pitch is that Spanish is not one language for analysis purposes. Its NLP is tuned to the national varieties — Iberian, Mexican, Colombian, Argentine — which is where tools trained on generic Spanish misread sentiment and slang. It runs well beyond social, taking in surveys, emails, news, reviews and customer service transcripts, and packages these as Social Media, Customer Experience and Reviews products alongside a proprietary linguistic rules engine. A consultancy arm produces bespoke sector and competitive reports, which makes this closer to a research partner than a self-serve dashboard. Vodafone, Santander, Bancolombia, Iberdrola and TV Azteca are among the named clients. Offices in Madrid, Bogotá and Mexico City.
