About Radarr (Genesys)

Radarr was a Singapore-headquartered social listening and consumer engagement platform built for Southeast Asia and India, with real strength in local-language and cultural nuance across the region. Genesys agreed to acquire it in January 2024 and closed in February, and its capabilities are being absorbed into Genesys Cloud — where they supply public social streams from Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Google Play, the App Store and Google Business Profile alongside contact centre channels. The standalone product still lists Social Listening, Social Media Response, Owned Page Analytics, Publishing and a Sentiment API, and it marketed itself as a Salesforce Social Studio replacement. Buyers evaluating it today are really evaluating Genesys.
