About Reputation
Reputation sells reputation experience management to multi-location enterprises, and that phrase is the whole scope: dealer groups, hospital networks, restaurant franchises, apartment portfolios. The core is reviews, business listings, surveys and a Rep Score that rolls every signal into one KPI, published openly at $80 to 150 per location per month, with custom Enterprise terms above 125 locations. A public price list in this segment is unusual and worth crediting. The reason the vendor turns up in a listening catalogue is Nuvi, the social listening platform it bought in 2021; nuvi.com still redirects here. What survived is Social Suite, sold as a paid add-on that none of the three per-location plans include, and priced nowhere. Read its page and you get a publishing calendar, approval workflows and a unified inbox for comments, DMs and mentions on your own channels. Nuvi's keyword rules, emotion analysis and off-channel listening are described nowhere on the current site. The vendor's own about page says the platform turns reviews, listings and surveys into intelligence. Buy it for that.
